Make sure you choose pans that are the right size for your hob ring, as induction technology only works effectively if the base of the cookware matches the size of the ring on the hob. If your pan base is smaller than the hob ring, it may not be recognised. This 28cm frying pan is suitable for a 20.25cm induction ring.
